Team B choice - 1) Decline penalty for OH and accept penalty for UNS w/ A 4/19 @ B23 - Snap - or - 2) Accept penalties for both w/ A 3/29 @ B33- Snap - A75 UNS Counter - It is not an obvious choice for Coach B to accept both penalties so slow down, do the math, and get the decision before marking it off - However, Team B would not be allowed a choice to have the game clock start on the Ready |
